Setting up file sharing thru my router for my home computers,I have a computer running Vista that can access my XP computer but the XP computer can not access the Vista computer. I can not figure out why. Everything looks fine in set up. Any ideas?

when you go on your xp computer and try to gain access into your vista computer it should ask you for password and account name on the vista for the vista computer before it will let you in..thats if there is an account on the vista computer with a password. i had this problem. and turning password protect off in vista settings solves this

if not check on the vista computer that the files its sharing are turned on
