| The only other thing, is to check that you have not inadvertantly set up any access restrictions in the Router config settings.

If all else fails try resetting the Router to default settings and start over, but this time be systematic .... i.e. set up wireless first, without security .... get the wireless side working and then configure other settings, one at a time, testing as you go to make sure wireless is still up. | ok, I am now using my LinkSys CISCO USB stick to help me get a connection and it works, however only from 5 feet of the router. As soon as I go across the room, behind a wood object or 2 inches behind a wall, it goes... I can see the connection from my room...it says its 5 bars out of 5, I can see it, yet when I try to connect, nothing... |

| We paid 140 for this router, surely you can't tell me that it cannot go through walls, there is a clear pathway through into my room with the doors open if that helps, my friends cheap routers go through 2 stories of their house for crying out loud why is mine so crap! What can I do? |

| This should be in the Wireless Setup menu on the router. This sometimes helps if you, or a neighbour has other devices that are causing interference. Just try a few different channels and see if this helps. |

| is that really the problem if the wireless works from 1 metre away, but not through 1 wall? that must narrow it down a bit musn't it? |

| I dont know, often it's a case od elimination ..... but if you have a problem, which you clearly do, it's worth trying different channels. If it's not the answer, it's another thing you can cross off the list. Have you looked at Draytek's website (support/technical FAQ)), there is also email and telephone support, if needed. |
