Default help!!!!

please help,yesterday i was happily surfing the net on my brand new laptop a samsung r20mplus, today when i tried to go online i get this message- THIS COMPUTER DOES NOT HAVE A WIRELESS NETWORK ADAPTER INSTALLED AND CONFIGURED. I dont understand why. when prompted to install wireless networking hardware it cant find any.

i think so because as i said i have been happily surfin for a couple of weeks now,then suddenly i cant get online. i havnt added any new hardware or done anything different with the laptop.

praps the adaptor`s faulty.so just to clarrify you`ve installed the drivers and have connected everthing properly?if u have then the only thing i can think off is the adaptor`s faulty.

i havnt installed any drivers or new hardware. is it possible to change the network adapter myself or is it a nightmare job? im just a bit frustrated because it was running perfectly, i turned it off to go out and then it just wouldnt connect to the internet.

Default help!!!!

Right click My Computer on the desktop and select Properties.

Go to the Device Manager and see if anything has a question mark next to it.

Default help!!!!

Right click it and choose to uninstall.

Restart the computer and windows will reinstall it.

Should solve the problem.

ok mate ive done that and when the laptop re-started it says WINDOWS NEEDS TO INSTALL DRIVER FOR YOUR ETHERNET CONTROLER then it asks for the disc which came with the device? i dont have a disc. when i browse my computer it cant find what it needs.
