Hi Folks. Can any one help please. I am using xp professional and a speed touch 330 modem to connect to Tiscali Broadband. All has been working well for a long time. Over the past 5 days, things have gone wrong......... When I turn on the p.c. I can not access Tiscali. I get error code 721. It I un-install and then re-install the modem / Tiscali software all works ok and i can connect to Tiscali Broadband with no problems. I can access the internet whenever I want until I turn off the p.c. On re-booting ( maybe the next day) I can not access Tiscali until I go through the un-install / re-install of the modem / Tiscali software again............
Going through the un-install and re-install routine works EVERY time. Tiscali "help" line say its a problem with my p.c.............
Any ideas????
Thanks
Chris

Not a fix per-say but USB broadband modems are pretty nasty. These days ISPs will supply nice shiny routers for no cost if you ask them. Then no drivers to worry about and you'll generally get a much better surfing experience. If you have been with Tiscali over a year and they so no just threaten to leave and they'll send one out, they're free to all new customers anyway...
