Default help required connecting lans

hi,

i wonder if any one can help.

my company has just had to move from one building to three and i need to find a way to join three lans together.

i have installed two adsl lines in each building each with a router attatched.

one building contains the main server.

how can i get the other networks to connect to each other?

do i need to bridge the networks, set up a vpn or is there an easier way.

thanks
