Default Home Wireless network - Using 2 routers

Ok well at the moment I and all the other computers in the house connect to the internet through a wireless router.

I have a spare wireless router so I was wondering if it was possible to connect my main computer to that with an ethernet cable and kinda use my main computer as a storage hub. That router wouldn't be carring an internet connection.

I problem I have at the moment is when I connect to the spare router I cant get on any of my stuff and it disconnects me from the internet router if that makes sence.

Any ideas?

Thanks

You don't need two routers for this. Just use the existing wireless connection/router and share the folders over that connection.
