Default How to isolate dual port network adapter?

I have a server with a dual port network adapter. I have 2 separate networks, both can access the internet. Different ISP. When I connect the server to both networks I can access all the resources on both networks just fine and have internet access. But the internet am getting is not from the ISP I want. How can I isolate the internet connection? How can I control which ISP I wanna use?

Are you saying that on a program by program basis you want each to only use one or the other network? Can you elaborate a little?

Well basically I am running our website on a T1 line. That T1 is also use for some other stuff like our phone system. In the past I FTP from the web server to another computer and the network usage was always high. So i want to use the second port for other stuff like FTP without interfering with the T1 line.

I should thing you should be able to set one port as a proxy for your ftp program. I don't have anything to experiment with.

Or you should be able to enter the IP address of the second port and access the server that way. (As long as you are local to it.)
