Info on a MAC address

Hi there i have installed a program on my computer that manages my wireless router and it turns out a few people are using my internet (illegal obv). i have blocked them but they keep trying to connect. i want to know if it is possible to get any info about a mac address e.g. an email address, actual address, a way to contact them? anything so i can send an email to politly ask them to stop. all help is appreciated. thanks

No, you can't get such info.

Why not block all access to your router except for YOUR mac address, no way round that.

What program did you install to manage it?

The best way would be to set up MAC address filtering like Dave said, and put a strong WPA-PSK key on the router as well.
