| Hi there i have installed a program on my computer that manages my wireless router and it turns out a few people are using my internet (illegal obv). i have blocked them but they keep trying to connect. i want to know if it is possible to get any info about a mac address e.g. an email address, actual address, a way to contact them? anything so i can send an email to politly ask them to stop. all help is appreciated. thanks |

| What program did you install to manage it? The best way would be to set up MAC address filtering like Dave said, and put a strong WPA-PSK key on the router as well. http://www.windowsnetworking.com/kba...ssFilters.html
