Default Internet is always connected but disconnects

Hey guys, my internet suddenly keeps disconnecting every 2 minutes while my modem, Terayon shows the online indicator online, i use a Cable modem and my router is a D-Link EBR-2310, hope you guys can help my problem very much :(.

If the equipment is staying on it could be your ISP so try calling them.

Alternatively do a virus and spyware scan.

I did, deleted viruses and spyware and restarted computer and it still doesnt' work.

By anyways u are using a USB cable to connect to the net ? if that is the case use a lan cable that will be more stable .
