| Hi Recently, I am only able to surf the internet for several minutes and then the error "Internet explorer cannot display the webpage" would occur. Then when I diagnosed the problem it says that http and https works but ftp does not. It says it may be a firewall problem but I have no firewall. The error stops me from visiting any site at all. I have to disconnect and reconnect before I can surf another few minutes and then the error would occur again. Do anyone have a solution to this? thanks |

| Ring your ISP and ask for a diagnostic on your line. Are you using ADSL? Cable? Dialup?
