| cannot get wireless connection from my home hub. seem to pick up other signals before my own. has someone hi-jack my computer? |

| Make sure you're broadcasting your SSID and have the radio turned "ON". If someone did "hi-jack" your router, they could have turned the broadcasting off so no one can pick it up. If that's the case, then just do a manual reset on the device and reset it to the factory defaults. |
