Hi, I am trying to sort out my internet connection. I click onto my main page which is okay, but then I get the message (on the screen and after connection that a "network cable is unplugged"
I have checked all the connections on the back of the tower, the connections for the phone on the little white connector (sorry forgot what it is called) and I still can't see what the problem is. Can anyone give me some suggestions
(I have a BT wireless hub connection which sometimes flashes orange at times usually when I try to connect)
