For some odd reason, my internet stops working. This happens on my Laptop and my computer. So what I do is un plug both of my modems or routers. [i think modems and routers are the same]. Anyways I w8 1min then I plug them bk in. My internet works but later it stops working, which means I have to go and disconnect my modems or router. Im pirtty sure, im not ment to keep un-plugging modems. So i went and clicked Diagnose connection problem and i got something out off it but i didint understand it. Can anyone explain to me what i have to do.

Ive added a attachment on the message i got after i diagnose my connection.

Hope u enjoy helping me

Could your refrain from using "TXT SPEAK" as it is against forum rules
