Default Ip address problems with dial-up

Does any one has ever faced any propblems with the dial up internet connection with regard to ip addresses? I think everyone knows that the ip address changes each time you connect to the internet. So for example if we try to login to a website, each time we will be logging in with different ip addresses. Also the service provider gives the dial-up connection for many users. They may at one point of time get the ip address which we have previuosly obtained. And coincidentally if that person logs in to the same website with his user id then the website thinks that the same ip address has two members. And it may deactivate their accounts thinking that one person is cheating with two accounts.

Does it really happen? As I had never literally experienced this situation but am afraid that it may happen so in the future. Or is there any reason that it may not happen?

No, it won't happen.
You use what is called a Default gateway. This never changes.
At least I think so anyway. I haven't had too much experience with dial-up. :)

It does happen, but that's life, not a lot you can do.
