Default Manual settings for Buffalo Airstation

Good morning everyone,

I would to know how to set my buffalo router up correctly, I currently have the main pc connected to the internet through manual settings. ie. manual ip address, subnet mask and default gateway...

I would now like to know how to set my wireless pc to have manual settings also?

If you need any more information please state.

Many thanks for replies

Dean.

Limited or no connectivity is my main fault.

My wireless is in the next room on the same level no more than 4 meters away and still wont connect.

Signal strengh is around 2 to 3 bars until I changed it to channel 9 and now its on 4 bars.

I use windows networking to connect used this previously and had no problems.

I also notice when I had a mess about with manual IP etc it connected straight away but no internet access and full bars??? lol thats why im wanting manual settings.

Cheers
