Is it possible to connect the problem PC to the router directly via a cable.

This will rule out whether or not it's the machine or the wireless.

Can you reboot both the router and PC so you are re-allocated a new IP address.

Go to Start and in the right column, right click on My Network Places and select Properties.

On the right side of the Network Connections window you will see an icon for LAN. Right click on the LAN icon and select Status.

Note the status and duration here.

Then click properties and note what is displayed here.
