| Is it possible to connect the problem PC to the router directly via a cable.

| Go to Start and in the right column, right click on My Network Places and select Properties. On the right side of the Network Connections window you will see an icon for LAN. Right click on the LAN icon and select Status. Note the status and duration here. Then click properties and note what is displayed here. |
