I am setting a new FTP server .. i am able to access it from my local IP but i am not able to access it from the external ip ..

Most of the forum which i searched in Google ....... they told me to set up a NAT .. i really dont know how to do this .. can anyone help
i am using winFTP server. if u guys have any other FTP which is more easier to use u are welcome to tell.

my Internal ip is - 192.168.1.3
my external ip is - 117.193.201.129

if u guys know the solution then plz help.
