Network Profiles

I was sorting out a problem with a mates computer and needed to log on to the web to download something so I had to enter the password for my home network to gain access. I assume that some type of profile is created on the laptop when I did this. Now that the problem is fixed I want to remove the laptop's access to my home network. How do I remove the access from the laptop. By the way it's usiing XP
