If anyone can help me I'd very much appreciate it. Since moving to the state of Iowa, I have had to change internet providers. The service I'm using now is called Northwest Communications. The modem that they have provided me with worked fine until a couple of weeks ago. All of a sudden, the activity and status lights will turn off, the internet will die and the modem will reboot. This happens on average about every fifteen minutes. The modem is a ZHONE product. Im using a Dell inspiron 531S with Windows Vista Home Premium.
