Default One PC Network Ping Problem - Other PCs OK

I have a problem with a peer to peer network all using Windows XP. All systems connect to a main pc which is essentially a File Server. All PC's see this PC and the PC in question can see and ping it successfully. The PC in question can get to the internet and ping web sites successfully. The PC in question is part of a workgroup called "WORKSTATION" and the Linksys Router was changed recently to a wireless Linksys Router. The IP addresses are assigned automatically by the router. The PC in question can not ping another workgroup computer that has a phone slip application. It is assigned a drive mapping of "P". I have IPXCONFIG the computer and everything looks correct. I am not sure how to proceed from here. Any thoughts are welcomed. Thanks JW
