Hello,

My friend is on Orange Broadband, she has just split up with her partner and they are not talking the problem is she expects me to fix it but she's the 3rd party account holder, her boyfriend (ex) pays for it, his father gets the free laptop and they still cannot connect, she receently changed her phone number what probally didnt help, she needs a home network and is already using a d-link router, problem being it connects but no pages will load? WTF?
