Hi

I work away from home during the week and stay in a B&B. I have wireless internet access. Back home I have BT Broadband on my home PC. Is there any way I can set up a network from my B&B to my PC back home.

Just as extar info, what I want to be able to do is run a couple of VM Workstation Servers on my home PC and be able to 'terminal serve' onto them from my B&B. Some guys at work have said I need to create a VPN tunnel ... anyone got any idea if this is right and how do I go about setting something up?

Any ideas?

Cheers

Mike

The easiest solution is to run RealVNC server at home and use the RealVNC client on the move. You can see and use your home desktop in a window on your away PC. You will need to set up your BT firewall to allow this though, which opens you up to hackers, so use a very secure password!
