Default Problem connecting to the router

Whats weird is I have the exact type of setup you have.

The router should require no settings other than default as the modem should handle them automatically.

However you can try entering the PPPoA/E etc settings (ISP settings), when you pressed the reset button it wipes the box so any settings there will now be erased, so in future don't try that.

You can get your ISP settings from your ISP, if you are unsure tell me your ISP and I'll have a look for you.

Default Problem connecting to the router

As I said you shouldn't need any settings, on that basis I don't know how to help further.
