I have mozzilla firefox as my internet access. It recently got stuck in the process of registering the verizon wireless modem feature. A member of my family may or may not have started this process but it has now locked us out of being able to begin an internet session. I am a rookie in this field but I am frustrated that I can not get any access at home. Please help.
