Router + Modem Problem, internet messes up randomly

I have two routers...Linksys and Belkin

my primary one is Belkin while my linksys one is in my storage. My internet randomly goes off, and i have 2 unplug the router and modem and wait for it to work again, it happens again, i do the unplugging again. somtimes it happens every hour or so. I switch to my Linksys router to see if thats the problem (my router). Same problem happens, i have to unplug router and modem.

i called Comcast...twice.. they said to unplug it and if it happens again then to call comcast, i call them again they tell me to unplug and that it will never happen again, i call thme again and they say to get a new router, i got one, problem still happens.

whats the problem? im not sure but i think its the modem

Dumb question but you don't have DHCP running on both do you?

Have you tried running the PC with just the Modem ? ... if it still does the same, then it has to be either a Modem issue or problems with your line or ISP.
