Default Router trouble

Well I just bought a router today. It's a trendnet TEW-632BRP. So I wanted to make a wireless connection to my house. But well when I succeeded, then the range was only couple of meters. So I didnt like that and I started messing around with the settings. And I foolishly changed my ip to something else, well anyways that ip doesnt work. So I cant connect to the internet through my router anymore. And I have no idea how to change the ip back. Auto repair doesn't work I've also tried switching the router off for some time. Didn't work either. So well any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Try resetting your router, at the back there should be a very small button which you need to press and hold for around 15 seconds with something small and thin like a pencil/pen tip once reset try setting it up again until your back to were you started , Also by any chance is it possible that you forgot to or incorrectly assemble the antennas on your router?

Reset Button Marked With An Orange Circle.

Take a look at these links

Thanks for your quick reply, yes the reset worked. But still well I have this signal area problem. well I have a laptop and it's using linux. So when I go like 3 m away from the router the internet is gone, but I can still see on the laptop that there actually is a connection, actually the highest connection level. I checked the antennas. So any ideas?

hehe, thats really clever, but well It's weird, I think that when I don't any any signals coming in, my laptop shouldnt be showing around 90%.. But then again even with that 90% there is no internet... Think I will be contacting the service tomorrow. And I can also check out my laptop at work tomorrow, think there is wifi.
