First of all, I have a router that supplies internet to 2 laptops in my household. It has always worked since I tried to give internet to my new nintendo Wii, I think I had gone to the router homepage 192.168.0.1? I have now forgotten my router IP.
How do I find out my router's IP? This laptop can still connect to my router, but the other one cannot, because I tried to share the internet on mine, with the Wii. But anyway I just need help finding out my router's IP and other information, then someone to give advice on how to input all of this into the laptops to get internet connected. Thank you. |

Try the IP's 192.168.1.1
192.168.2.1 - 192.168.2.2 if these dont work then go to Start> Run> type 'CMD'> type 'Ipconfig' and look for the IP next to Default Gateway. . . . . . . . . . . This works for my router and a friends so it might help you find yours. Dont forget to enter these IP's in IE. |
