I had a problem over the weekend with clearing my dns cache, while i was away saturday and sunday my brother was messing with the computer trying to fix it (he knows nothing about anything) anyways when i got yesterday i was able to clear the dns cache but now my speedstream modem is light indicators are not showing me connected to the internet but my computer says it is connected, but i cannot connect to any websites.

i tried repairing my connection and it said it was repaired and everything is fine but i cant connect to any website even though my computer says its connected at 100mbps and is working fine.


I dont know if its my modem or my computer


i rebooted both several times, still same thing happening'

On the new computer, go to Start - Run - type in CMD

Type in ipconfig /all

Right click and click Select All

Then press Enter

That will copy the information to the Windows Clipboard. Come back to this forum and in a new reply right click and select Paste
