How would you troubleshoot a computer that is working and on the network, but does not have internet?

go start>run>type "cmd" without quotes, then press enter>then type in "ipconfig /all" without the quotes, copy and paste everything you find there in here.

I'd start by doing an ipconfig /release, ipconfig /flushdns, ipconfig /renew, then ipconfig /registerdns.

Depends what you mean by troubleshoot but what you have been told so far is good information.
Lets see the ipconfig details: Start - Run - type in CMD Type in ipconfig /all Right click and click Select All Then press Enter That will copy the information to the Windows Clipboard. Come back to this forum and in a new reply right click and select Paste
