Default What US Phone Companys Still Accept CSD

I am looking for a cellphone provider that still allows Circuit Switched Data (CSD) as defined in the link below. To sum up its the same language that allows fax machines to communicate and computer to Dial-up connectivity. I want to do that because it works with free Dial-up ISPs like netzero (10 hrs Free per month) and I can dial out on the weekends or ad a number to my fave 10 or its equelivent depending on the phone service.
