| Can something inside a computer cause it to destroy modems? My mother in law has gone thru 2 internal modems in the last nine months. She has a surge protector with jacks for the phone line in/out that she uses, so I don't think anything is coming in from "outside". Or could there still be surges thru the phone line?? |
