working...reconnect usb from modem and then it works..? Yea my internet connection is being really weird. It will just quit working after a few minutes. I found out that if you unplug the modem's usb connection to the computer and reconnect it....it seems to work. I try different usb ports. No difference. Anyone know what it could be? Should I contact the cable company? No one elses in the dorm does this. So it's probably my computer. Right now its working even though the icon on the taskbar says limited or no connectivity. It just started to not work yesterday and it's been working with limited or no connectivity for months so why now?

could be the cable, could be the modem, could be the computer. i would ring up the cable company and ask them and if they dont know then ring up the computer manufactoror.
