Shut everything down including the router.

Restart the router.

When it's up, restart the laptop.

Run another ipconfig /all and see what it says.

If that's not sorted it, go into your wireless management and reconnect to your network. Don't you have a system tray icon telling you you're disconnected?

If you want to sound terribly au-fait with computers you can tell people you fixed things by "power-cycling the system". Turning it of and waiting until the fans stop and then turning it back on again fixes 90% of all known problems. It's a trade secret, the guild will banish me if they hear I told you.

I'm glad you're online again, congratulations.

(The other 10% of fixes are horrifying, you don't want to go near those)
