hi everyone!

I mostly use my desktop for my daily activities and I found that I cannot get on line.
I tried firefox and Internet explorer with no results.

But I turned on my laptop and I have no problems at all. Gets right online. So I assume that my cable modem and my wireless router is fine.

I tried tuning everything off and on again including the modem, but the desktop just isnt going.

thoughts on what I can check or do to verify the problem within the desktop?

Thank you so much in advance for your help!
