| I have a Dell C600 that was given to me it had a very small 6 gb HD, so i replaced with a 80gb inserted and managed to load windows XP Pro fine with no problems, the problems occur when i try too connect wirelessly to the internet via card slot,at first it recognized the card and loaded the drivers and managed to browse the internet fine, the following day when i restarted it couldn't find any internet connection and none of the lights were flashing (green/red). So i did a system restore to new installation and it worked fine !!!, i cant do a system restore everytime i want to connect surely??, do i have something missing somewhere, drivers ?? I even put the old 6gb HD in and it worked fine with no connection errors. I have since looked in the device manager and found a red mark by the wireless card, if i enable it it loads but suddenly goes off.I dont have the original drivers and software CD downloaded them from there website. Please help its doing my head in.!!..Thks |

| Reinstall it, make sure you install the drivers and plug the card in when told to and not before.
