Wireless + Wired will both obtain IP addresses, but will not allow any activity. Please help!

Default Wireless + Wired will both obtain IP addresses, but will not allow any activity. Please help!
OK. I have absolutely no more ideas.

Everything I can think of has been tried.

Can you try restoring back to a System Restore Point before the problem started?

I tried system restore already with no luck. I suppose I'll take it in to a repair shop this afternoon and see if they can find something wrong with it heh.

Sorry I couldn't help you get it fixed.

Hopefully the repair shop will notice something wrong.
