Hello all Tech,

I got this problem today Autochk program not found - skipping autocheck then BSOD(5 secs) and restart over and over again.

I tried this:

I checked windows/system32 for the file autochk.exe and the file is there.

I verified my registry/ BootExecute and checked that the value is correctly named "autocheck autochk *"

I used XP CD repair install on windows(this is were the problem started).

Used chkdsk /r , also replaced my autochk.exe with the one on my xp cd.

I have tried all this and no luck

Is there any other way I can solve this issue?
