Default Best OS for a new computer.

I'm building my first computer and was just curious about what people thought I should use as my OS. I was probably just going to get Vista, but what do you guys think?

Depends on the spec, but if that is good then there is no reason not to get Vista.

It depends, if it's an upto date PC, like Dave said, there isn't any real reason not to go for vista, unless you have previously used XP alot and hate changes.

Yes, it will be up-to-date. And I don't mind changes.
I've decided on the 64-bit Home Premium.
