hello
I am a computer novice and I need help. My Sony Vaio is 5 yrs old (I forget the model number). When watching dvds it keeps cutting out and going to a blue screen and restarting itself. What does this mean and is it fixable? Thanking You |

the blue screen comes up with a lot of writing and numbers including 'physical memory dump' then quickly cuts out before you can read any more . then the computer shuts off and restarts itself
