A dell optiplex 745 tower with blue screen. I already tried safe mode, safe mode with networking, and safe mode with command prompt. The error code on the screen is 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x8A6C6008, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000). The computer was having virus issue. At first, I was able to boot into the Windows, but I have to restart it so I can get into safe mode. I got the blue screen right after that. I tried Ultimate boot cd, in it, I'm only able to see one of drive as 80gb, another one as no partition information. I was afraid of the drives were setup as raid setting. I asked the owner of the computer, and he doesn't remember setting up the drives as raid. Is there a way to find out whether or not the drives indeed a raid setup? The weird part is if I remove the power cord to one of the drive, and boot the computer up. I can see the Windows xp logo, but then it go to blue screen right after that.
