my dell dimension e310 running windows xp has the blue screen of death. it says video drivers failed to initialize. i cant get to the desktop it does the windows loading screen then the blue screen. please help me fix it!

Can you boot in safe mode?

You get into safe mode by pressing F8 repeatedly after turning the machine on.
