Hi all,
New to the forum and nice to be here. I have a problem with the dreaded BSOD. Recently re-formatted my computer and did all the usual installations. It uses Windows XP 2002. Service pack 3 home edition, AMD 64 x 2 dual processor 3800 + 2.01 GHz, 1GB ram. I was surfing the internet when i got the bsod with the following error code. Only had this happen once before since the re-format.

STOP: 0x0000009C (0x00000004,0x8054E5F0,0xB2000000,0x00070F0F)

I should mention that the reason I re-formatted the computer was because I had the BSOD happen literally hundreds of times until the computer became unusable. Any help would be appreciated.

That BSOD error code relates to a hardware issue, check your computer is not overheating and full of dust.

It could well be a faulty Ram issue.

If you have more than 1 stick of Ram, try removing one and see if the problem goes away .... if not swap them over. If only 1 stick, try a replacement stick.
