Hi All. I need some help please!!

I have a problem on my computer. As soon as i switch it on it keeps going on to a blue screen with all funny information which i do not understand. I was told i could get this problem resolved by reformatting the computer. I did do this and it worked, until i switched it on maybe again for the 4th or 5th time and it went back on the blue screen. Can anyone help please. Thank You. Max

Hey Max.

A BSOD or blue screen of death can be caused by a multitude of things, we can potentially help but we're going to need some help from you as well.

Have a look here and see if it helps at all, even if it doesn't it may narrow it down a bit.

Lastly, apologies no-one has got back to you sooner.

You can also get your BSOD auto-analysed at the Microsoft® Online Crash Analysis. If you experience a Blue Screen crash event, or Stop error, while using Microsoft Windows, you can upload the error report to this site for analysis. More about BSODs here on http://www.winvistaclub.com/tips.html
