| Blue = SP2 Installed.

| There is no real reason. The only semi decent one i can think of is when i go to a customers PC which is stuck in a boot loop. I can repair XP using the correct version as it tells me what version they have. Home or Pro and SP2 or not. Using the wrong version when doing XP repairs can bugger things up. Other than that it's just there to make the SP2 users feel special. It's a bit like when Porsche paint the turbo version brakes red, it doesn't do anything but makes the buyer feel better. lol. |
