Default BSOD BCCode 50 ~I have mini dumps Please help?

Hi guys,

I found this forum searching google and it looks to be a great resource. I figured I would post up my problem and see if anyone might have an idea of whats going wrong...

Heres my machine:

Windows Vista 64-bit Home Premium
2X Seagate 7200.12 500GB HD's in Raid 0
Sapphire ATI 4870 512MB Video Card
Gigabyte EP45-UD3LR Mobo w/latest F5 Bios
4X Sticks of 2GB GSKill DDR2-1066 RAM
Antec Earthwatts 650W PS
Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 CPU @ default 3.16ghz
Antec 900 Case

I have all the latest windows updates and the latest ati video drivers

The Problem:

I am getting a BSOD while playing games. Other then that my computer is 100% rock solid...zero problems. So far I have experienced the BSOD in UT3 and Burnout Paradise only. UT3 once in the middle of playing after about 30 min play time and Burnout multiple times when exiting the game and once about 15 minutes ago while playing after about 30 minutes play time.

My BSOD code is 50 and the item or whatever its called is 768_1 I believe...
I will include the latest mini dump in zip format. I tried to read the dump myself but dont know much about what it means...any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks =)
