Default Can i get rid of annoying warnings

i just installed a program and i get message saying

The publisher could not be verified are you sure you want to run this program

the program is fine i have used it on another computer before i can still use it but it's annoying to have to click ok everytime

anyway to get rid of this ??

#1 on http://kidrocket.org/support/viewtopic.php?pid=43 looks sensible - I've not tried it but it feels right.

yeah i did see that on another site but for some reason when i go to run and type gpedit.msc it says it cannot be found

I might be wrong here, but I believe gpedit.msc is only available in XP Pro
