Title says it all really - I'm trying to prove a point to my mate!

I know you can on OS X but what about Windows and Linux?

I don't think you can on Windows, which is why there are 32bit and 64bit drivers for most things...

You can the other way round I think.. put 64 drivers on a 32-bit that is.

Although actually that makes less and less sense as I say it, but I'm sure I read that somewhere..

Linux can do that, though sometimes ndiswrapper has to be used for some odd reason.
