well, sorry mate, but that didn't work, my computer freezes before it gets to that stage of the installation.
do you know anything about the phase leds? all i know is that when they come on, i get frozen.
they are also on when i first boot my computer and turn off after the "verifying dmi pool data" which i suppose is normal.
