I need major help on this, recently i had a spyware or malware onto my pc, attempted to delete it and using Hijack to resolve the problem, but since then, i can not log into window, it logs me back off stright away, safemode is the same, so the only thing i could do is using a recovery console disc that came with my computer. ran the cd but after few mintues, before it gives an option it bluescreened, and told me to Check the HHD using command line..i cant do that due to not been able to boot or do anything. i read many forum, you can fix this using the recovery console, to go into the system32 file and renaming the files in Userinit.exe and edit the res files after. but i cant even do that ue to blue screen.

so, i came up with another thing building my own recovery console using Bart Lagerweij's PE Builder, that also blue screen when attempted to load..now i am very stuck of whats the next option to take? anyone suggest what to do next?

When you say "recovery console disc that came with my computer" ... if this is the manufacturer's Recovery Disk, you are rather snookered.
The Windows Installation Disk gives better options, including the "Recovery Console".
Your next step may be to get a Windows Disk and start afresh.

yep that correct its the recovery disc from manufacturers..and windows installationdisk also built in to the recovery disc..so therefore, it leaves me with no options...

i cant start fresh, due to blue screen, i wonder what causes the blue screen?the virus or hardware issues?

It could be either, but considering you have infected and have cleared stuff off the HDD, it's more likely corrupted files IMO.

If you can get hold of an XP Installation disk, there are a number of things you can try, using it's Recovery Console, such as fixmbr, fixboot and Chkdsk /r

i understand you could do all this but, the problem is i cant even get into these options, everytime i put the cd in and it loads...until it says starting window, and it SHOULD load the options..but i get a bluescreen before the options pop out. that why i am here seeing if anyone got another solution?

You must have a Microsoft XP Installation Disk .... the Manufacturer's Recovery Disk is no good for this ..... or are you saying you have a Microsoft XP Installation Disk and this bluescreens as well ?
