can any one tell me how to create a windows backup disk on xp, i have a windows xp system that requires windows reinstall, the original windows was preinstalled on hard drive. The windows is owner by dsgi pc world how do i get a copy any help?

According to their site, you enter recovery by pressing F10 repeatedly after turning the machine on.
